The Opportunity at a Glance

• Financials: $600,000 Base Salary + performance-based production bonuses.
• Upfront Incentives: $50,000 Sign-On Bonus + comprehensive relocation assistance.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Time Off: 5 weeks of PTO + dedicated CME time with a $5,000 annual allowance.

Clinical & Practice Highlights

• The Tech: Access to Da Vinci surgical robots, Cerner EMR, and Dragon Medical dictation enhanced by Augmedix AI to radically cut down your charting time.
• Procedural Mix: Full-spectrum urology including robotics, ureteroscopy, PCNL, vasectomy, female urology, urodynamics, cystoscopy, and PTNS.
• Volume & Ramp-Up: Enjoy a manageable patient volume with a swift ramp-up period, fully supported by a team-based, collaborative environment.
• Call Schedule: ~10 call days per month. Bonus: Additional compensation for any call exceeding 5 days, with enhanced call rates built into subsequent years.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Comfortable with a broad procedural mix, including robotic surgery.
