Urgent Care APP (PA/NP)

Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment: Perform physical exams, obtain medical histories, and interpret data to form preliminary diagnoses.
- Treatment Planning: Develop therapeutic care plans and administer medications/injections.
- Patient Advocacy: Provide clear instructions to patients and families and serve as a primary care advocate.
- Efficiency: Document care accurately and coordinate diagnostic testing and lab samples.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Master’s in Nursing or PA program.
- Licensing: Current MA NP or PA license.
- Credentials: Valid DEA and MCSR.
- Skills: Formal training in suturing is required.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine is ideal but not required for the right candidate.

Pay Range:
$113,776.00 USD - $154,752.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
