Job DescriptionLutheran Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Cardiology team. Whether you're an experienced provider looking for your next opportunity or a motivated new graduate ready to launch your career, we welcome you to explore this position.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative Cardiology team while providing a combination of outpatient and inpatient care in a supportive environment.

- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Cardiology outreach clinic in Decatur, with inpatient rounding at Adams Hospital
- Additional clinic location in Fort Wayne
- Schedule and location flexibility, with clinic coverage varying based on need
- Combination of outpatient Cardiology and inpatient rounding
- Collaborative team environment with experienced providers
- Experienced NPs and new graduates encouraged to apply
- Cardiology experience preferred
