Find your calling at Mercy!Mercy Pulmonology is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonologist to join our established practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our Mercy Pulmonology team is powered by 2 physicians, 2 advanced practitioners, and an engaged, experienced support staff focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Mercy Fort Smith offers advanced technology and procedural support, including access to the ION™ robotic bronchoscopy platform, enhancing diagnostic precision and expanding minimally invasive options for patients.

- Work with a strong, experienced pulmonary team in a collegial environment
- ION™ robotic bronchoscopy platform available at Mercy Fort Smith
- Strong partnership with a high-quality hospitalist service
- Epic is our system-wide electronic medical record
- Teaching affiliation with Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, with the opportunity to precept medical students in clinic (stipend available)
- Opportunity to collaborate with Mercy Fort Smith Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residencies
- Diverse and complex case mix supported by a 13-county 450,000+ rural catchment area
