Otolaryngology Opportunity in Kentucky
You'll step into a high-demand Otolaryngology role where your work immediately expands access to specialty care for a large regional patient base. This is a chance to build a busy general ENT practice quickly, with room to shape your clinical focus over time. Practice Overview
- General ENT with broad age range (pediatrics through geriatrics) and strong referral base to ramp quickly
- Call rotation of 1:4 with a call center; typical volume is light and largely post-op related
Schedule
- Early ramp: approximately 3 clinic days and at least 2 OR days weekly; more OR time as you build volume
- Average 16-17 completed visits/day initially (targeting 20+ as no-shows decrease and panel grows)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $600,000 plus wRVU bonus
- $100,000 sign-on bonus + Student loan support
- 30 days PTO, $6,000 CME allowance, up to $2,000 for licensing/dues, and comprehensive benefits with malpractice coverage including tail
Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible
- American Board pathway required; U.S. citizens and Green Card holders considered (AMGs and IMGs welcome)
