OBGYN Opportunity near Jonesboro, Arkansas

$550K Base Salary | Dedicated OR Time | Student Loan Repayment

Step into an established hospital-employed OBGYN opportunity with immediate patient demand and the support needed to build a successful practice. This role offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, dedicated procedural time, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

Practice Overview

• Hospital-employed position with a women's health clinic adjacent to the hospital
• Individual physician offices and strong clinic support staff
• Opportunity to help shape and grow the OBGYN service line
• Approximately 40 deliveries per month with growth potential as additional physicians join
• Broad scope including obstetrics, women's health, and gynecologic procedures
• Dedicated support from primary care and specialty referral partners

Schedule & Call

• Clinic hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Approximately 1:3 call rotation
• Dedicated OR day each week
• In-house anesthesia CRNA support
• Flexible consideration for full-time and part-time coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• $550,000 base salary
• Production incentives
• $100,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable with deliveries and standard gynecologic procedures
• Interest in practicing in a community-focused setting
• J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
