OB/GYN Opportunity in Illinois | Flexible Practice Focus + $525K Base

Join a large, established OB/GYN team offering flexibility to shape your practice around your interests. Choose from a balanced OB/GYN role, OB-dominant practice, OB Hospitalist work, or a position with limited in-house call, all within a well-supported academic environment.

Position Highlights

• Join 7 general OB/GYNs, 6 OB hospitalists, 12 midwives, and 8 APPs
• 24/7 MFM and neonatology coverage
• Flexible practice focus, including balanced OB/GYN, OB-dominant, OB Hospitalist, or limited in-house call options
• Dedicated OR time with flexibility around patient-facing and procedural responsibilities
• Opportunities for residency education, academic involvement, and professional growth

Schedule & Call

• 4 to 5 clinic days per week
• 4 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month with protected post-call days off
• Flexible start times

Compensation & Benefits

• $525,000 base salary plus wRVU bonuses with total earnings expected to exceed $575,000
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage with tail and retirement plans

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Comfortable with high-risk obstetrics and a variety of GYN procedures
• Interest in residency education and academic activities preferred
