Schedule & Call
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule
- 1:3 second-call rotation
- First call covered by four Certified Nurse Midwives
- Balanced mix of outpatient care, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- $425,000 guaranteed base salary
- $150,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $30,000 annual quality incentive bonus
