An established medical group in Upstate NY is seeking a Board-Eligible / Board-Certified OB/GYN physician to join a patient-centered, team-based practice. This full-time recruitment aims to support expanding patient volume and ensure continuity of high-quality care for a diverse regional population.

Position Highlights & Practice Details

• Practice Structure: Join a collaborative team featuring 3 OB/GYNs, 2 GYN physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Midwife.
• Patient Load: Expect a healthy mix of OB and GYN patients, seeing an average of 20-25 patients per day with typical 15-30 minute appointment slots.
• Office Schedule: Standard clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Annual Birth Volume: Approximately 1,200 births per year with a low C-section rate.
• Schedule & Call: Mixed schedule covering OR, clinic, and inpatient/hospitalist labor shifts. Required to complete 6 labor shifts (24-hour) per month
• OR Block Time: Assigned based on surgical volume and utilization over time rather than a fixed set schedule upon hire.
• Facility & Technology:
  • Practice based out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital facility with two ORs available (one main and one maternal).
  • Access to 2 robotic surgical systems.
  • Fully integrated EPIC EMR system.
  • In-house laboratory and 2 ultrasound stations.
  • Full interpreter services supporting over 26 documented patient languages.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $525,000 with production incentives

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $150,000

Fellowship Stipend: Up to $50,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active or eligible for NY medical licensure.
• J1 and H1B candidates will be considered.
