Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in New Orleans, Louisiana - Two Shifts Monthly, Extra Shifts Available

Add as few as two 24-hour shifts per month while providing inpatient OB hospitalist coverage, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Highlights

Practice & Cases

• Rounding and active labor management
• Emergent gynecologic surgery when needed
• Shared volume averages 5 to 6 deliveries per day
• CNM manages independent deliveries with additional physicians participating in deliveries

Schedule

• Two 24-hour shifts needed each month
• 12-hour and 24-hour shift options
• Maximum of 24 consecutive hours
• Onsite coverage throughout assigned shifts

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Louisiana medical license required
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
