Locums OB/GYN - Clinic & OB Hospitalist Coverage | South Carolina

Locums OB/GYN opportunity in South Carolina offering ongoing outpatient clinic coverage, clinic call, and optional sporadic inpatient OB Hospitalist shifts. Clinic and inpatient coverage can be split between physicians based on preferences.

Highlights

• Open to licensing if needed
• Full-week clinic coverage, Monday-Friday
• Two physicians needed in clinic each week
• Clinic call rotation, currently 1:6 with a goal of 1:8
• Clinic and inpatient coverage can be separated based on preference
• Optional sporadic inpatient OB Hospitalist shifts
• Ongoing coverage with a focus on continuity of care

Practice & Schedule

• Outpatient OB/GYN clinic averaging 25-30 patients per day
• Dedicated MA and nurse support, plus onsite ultrasound services
• Clinic call includes L&D coverage, approximately 6 deliveries per day, and a half-day post-call
• Inpatient OB Hospitalist shifts: 24-hour in-house coverage (7a-7a), with night-only options potentially available
• Inpatient volume: 6-12 deliveries and up to 20 OBED patients per 24-hour shift
• 24 hours off post-call after inpatient shifts
• Onsite MFM services and Level III NICU
• EPIC EMR

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BC or BE in OBGYN
• Open to licensing
• DEA required
