Locums Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician in California - No Deliveries, Long Term Coverage

Focus on outpatient MFM consultations with no deliveries, a defined scan workflow, and long-term coverage across multiple California locations.

Highlights

• Consult-only model with no deliveries
• Long-term assignment
• Approximately 8 to 10 patients per day
• Independent practice with dedicated clinical support

Practice & Cases

• Outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine for adult patients
• Maternal assessments and consultation for additional care needs
• Sonographer completes scans for physician review before patient consultation
• RN, MA, and sonographer support

Schedule

• Approximately 2 weeks per month
• Monday through Friday daytime coverage
• Approximately 1 week on, 1 week off per location
• No call required, with potential future call by mutual agreement

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Active California medical license required
• PALS required

• Airfare and lodging are covered
• Rental car and mileage are covered
