Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine locums in California with no call and no weekends or holidays. Adult primary care with a manageable ramp up in volume and dedicated MA support.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care.
• Primarily adult patients, ages 16 and older, pediatrics routed to a dedicated pediatrics department.
• Typical panel includes chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Support includes 1 dedicated MA, 2 exam rooms, and onsite Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Hepatology, and OBGYN.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, includes a 30 minute lunch.
• No call.
• No weekends or holidays.
• 12 patients per day to start, with the option to ramp up to 15 to 20 if desired.

Cases and Procedures

• Standard outpatient primary care.
• Chronic condition management in an adult leaning population.
• May include cultures, basic labs, and onsite X ray.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years.
• California license, DEA, and BLS.
