Locums Geriatric Medicine Physician in Kalispell, Montana - No Call, 3 Day Week

Work three daytime shifts per week providing comprehensive medical oversight for skilled nursing and long-term care patients with dedicated advanced practice provider support.

Practice & Cases

• Skilled nursing rehabilitation and long-term care
• Approximately 12 to 14 patients per shift
• Admissions, chronic and acute care, medication management, and regulatory visits
• Care planning, transitions of care, and palliative or comfort-focused care

Schedule

• Three 10 hour shifts per week
• Tuesday through Thursday preferred
• Daytime onsite coverage with rounding and documentation time

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Montana license required or active IMLC LOQ accepted while awaiting licensure
• ACLS and BLS required
