Locums Gastroenterology Physician in Meridian, Mississippi - Long-Term Potential

Combine inpatient consults with outpatient endoscopy in a weekday assignment featuring 24-hour call coverage and the opportunity for additional dates later in the year.

Practice & Cases

• Adult inpatient and outpatient Gastroenterology
• General GI consults, evaluations, follow-up care, and endoscopy
• EGD and colonoscopy procedures
• Supported by 1 to 2 registered nurses

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• 24-hour beeper call
• Initial coverage block with additional sporadic call opportunities later in the year
• 30-minute call response time

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active Mississippi medical license required
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• ACLS and BLS required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided
• Travel accommodations covered for the assignment
