Schedule

• Two separate coverage blocks
• Daytime surgical coverage
• One block has no call responsibilities
• Second block combines daytime coverage with continuous call

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National board certification required
• Active Indiana license required
• ACLS required with at least three years of experience
