The Opportunity

Performing over 5,300 annual deliveries, this facility offers a high-volume, high-acuity environment within a 100% consultative practice model. This role is ideal for an MFM who seeks a sophisticated clinical practice focused on antepartum care and consultations without the requirements of high-risk deliveries or ER coverage.

Practice Highlights

• Lifestyle Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends required.
• Pure Consultative Model: 100% consultative; deliveries are managed by a dedicated OB Hospitalist group and private practice physicians.
• Manageable Volume: Average of 20 patients per day, including ultrasounds.
• Comprehensive Support: On-site Genetic Counseling (LabCorp) and virtual EPIC consults.
• Strategic Referrals: Seamless partnership with a world-class pediatric facility for fetal surgery and cardiology.

Compensation & Financial Strategy

• Starting Base Salary: $625,000+ (Determined by experience).
• Loan Forgiveness: Nonprofit status provides eligibility for the Federal PSLF Program.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Ability to perform amniocentesis (Fetal Echo certification a plus).
