Internal Medicine in Southwest North Dakota
A respected regional healthcare system in Southwest North Dakota is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative, well-supported team focused on delivering high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers broad clinical scope, strong organizational stability, and a practice environment designed to support long-term physician retention and meaningful community impact. You'll join a collegial group that values autonomy while maintaining close integration across hospital and clinic services.
Practice Overview:
- Join a collaborative team of 12 physicians and other supportive mid-level providers
- Seamless integration with a single hospital and clinic setup
- Engage in a broad scope of Internal Medicine, encompassing common illnesses, chronic disease management, and more
- Participate in an equitable call schedule with five days of ED call per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM
- Blend of clinic consults and potential hospital rounding
- Manageable clinic volume with approximately 14 patients a day
- Flexible structure to support work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary starting at $350,000/year
- Negotiable relocation and signing bonuses

Candidate Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Open to new graduates, with visa sponsorship available
- Comfortable with a broad spectrum of Internal Medicine procedures
- Willingness to engage with Family Medicine residents
