Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking fellowship-trained BC/BE Infectious Disease Physicians for opportunities (both Full-Time and Per Diem) in a successful ID practice. These positions offer a dynamic and rewarding blend of inpatient and outpatient care. We deliver comprehensive care for a wide range of adult infectious and communicable diseases. Our doctors provide vital expertise in diagnosing when treating infections, especially when hard to diagnose, or complicated by multi drug resistance or recurrent. We also provide dedicated screening and care for STI including HIV, AIDS.

- Balanced Practice: Enjoy a flexible schedule with a great mix of inpatient hospital consults and outpatient clinic practice.
- Top-Tier Facilities: Provide inpatient coverage at Riverview Medical Center, a 200-bed hospital featuring comprehensive Adult ICUs, state-of-the-art inpatient units, and a busy, growing, 24/7 Emergency Department.
- Educate & Mentor: Teach Internal Medicine Residents and Medical Students, including an Academic Appointment to the HMH School of Medicine (for full-time staff).
- Lead & Innovate: Pursue leadership roles in antimicrobial stewardship and infection control, with an opportunity for investigator-initiated clinical research and adult clinical trials.
- Collaborate: Work seamlessly with robust Adult Subspecialty Services-Cardiology, Oncology, Pulmonology, Surgical subspecialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and OB GYN.

Qualifications
- Education: M.D. or D.O. degree, plus successful completion of an accredited Fellowship in Infectious Disease
- Certification: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Infectious Disease
- Licensure: Active Medical License in the State of New Jersey, along with valid DEA and CDS.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with patients, families, and professional personnel.

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $227,806 , per diem rate $3,800.00 .
