Join a physician-led hematology/oncology group serving Southern California. Offering coverage options across the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties, this role provides access to clinical trials, research institute resources, and leadership pathways within a supportive infrastructure.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Practice Settings: Multiple clinic locations and infusion centers throughout Southern California, supported by experienced APPs.
• Predictable Workflow: Monday through Friday outpatient schedule with dedicated infusion center time and a balanced call structure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: Competitive base salary with wRVU performance bonuses ($650K-$800K realistic earning potential once established)

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Open to both graduating fellows and experienced physicians
• Strong interest in community-based patient care and clinical research
• Must not require visa sponsorship
