Practice Details

• Independent, physician-owned group with ASC ownership and in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology
• Two NPs per physician providing scribing, administrative, and patient care support alongside experienced nurses and techs
• Partnership track in 1 to 2 years with a sweat-equity model and $10,000 buy-in
• No private equity involvement and a practice culture built around transparency and physician respect

Schedule

• 4 to 5 days per week with half-day Fridays so you can get to your beach house
• Call only 2 nights per month and 2 weekends per year - great quality of life

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Interest in independent private practice with a partnership track
