A multi-specialty medical group based in southern Connecticut is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The practice focuses on patient-centered, personalized care, offering comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management with an emphasis on accessibility and coordinated treatment. As a nonprofit organization, we also engage in teaching and support graduate medical education.About the Opportunity:
- Total outpatient
- Shared call with a large call pool
- Resident and Medical Student Teaching
- The hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital employing more than 300 medical providers
- Provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures
- Benefits include medical, vision, dental (including orthodontic coverage), a 401 (k) plan with employer match, and a CME allowance.
- Generous paid time off includes vacation, holidays, sick time, and CME.
Community/Location:
- A town in southern Connecticut in New Haven County with a population of about 20,000 people
- It lies in the scenic Naugatuck Valley region, blending rural areas with suburban neighborhoods and historic districts.
- Located 40 miles southwest of Hartford and 65-80 miles from New York City
