Dermatology Physician Opportunity in Southern Wisconsin
Build the dermatology practice you want, with patients ready to be seen. This full-time Dermatology opportunity gives you the autonomy of launching a general dermatology program, backed by an established referral network, hospital resources, and documented unmet demand. You'll practice in scenic Southern Wisconsin, with a 4-day clinical week and the flexibility to shape the program as it grows.
Why Build Your Practice Here?
- Demand From Day One: Step into a market where dermatology referrals are ready to be seen in the community
- 4-Day Clinical Week: Build your schedule around four clinical days, a flexible administrative day, no Saturday hours, and minimal anticipated call
- Shape the Practice Around You: Set your templates, patient volume, and workflow, with initial 60-minute new patient and 30-minute follow-up visits, plus Freed AI and Epic to support documentation
- General Dermatology With Surgical Scope: Build a broad practice that includes biopsies, cryotherapy, curettage and electrodesiccation, lesion and cyst excisions, with an on-site lab, in-house pharmacy, and future APP growth potential
What You'll Receive
- Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentives
- $30,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
- 20 days of PTO, 10 CME days plus $4,000 for CME expenses

What We're Looking For
