Cardiology Position Highlights:
Grand Valley Cardiology has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s growth and success over the last five years. From what started out as a small outpatient offering has expanded over the last five years to now offer both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services and Grand Valley Cardiology supports a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. We are actively looking for an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join this expanding essential service line for the organization.
- Cardiology Group consists of 3 Cardiologist and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners
- Minimum of 2 years of previous Cardiology experience required for this position.
- Experience with device management highly preferred
- 36 Patient Contact Hours, plus 4 hours of administrative time per week.
- 100% Outpatient Practice
- Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
- Dedicated ramp up period for new providers
- Meditech Expanse EMR
Position Includes:
- Competitive guaranteed annual base salary of $140,000 based on previous Cardiology APP experience.
- Planned annual base salary compensation increases.
- On-Call compensation
