Setiba Medical Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Evaluate patient eligibility for aesthetic procedures and ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with the medical team to provide exceptional patient experiences.
Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
Stay current with industry trends, products, and aesthetic techniques.
Assist with practice growth through patient education and community engagement.
Qualifications
Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Minimum 1–2 years of aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
Experience with cosmetic injectables required.
Strong consultation and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Preferred Experience
Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and dermal fillers.
Skin rejuvenation treatments.
Radiofrequency and skin-tightening technologies.
PRP/PRF and regenerative aesthetic treatments.
Laser and energy-based devices.
Medical spa or cosmetic dermatology experience.

Requirements
Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
Current DEA registration (if applicable).
Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience; aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
Experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and achieve natural-looking results.
Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced medical spa environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
Ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of care.
Strong ethical standards and compliance with all medical and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
Established injectable patient following.
Experience with Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, PRP/PRF, and other regenerative treatments.
Experience with laser, radiofrequency, skin tightening, and body contouring devices.
Sales and consultation experience with a proven track record of treatment plan conversions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
