Benefits

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 – $125,000
Incentives: Monthly bonus
Time Off: 30 days PTO + paid holidays
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, life insurance, company paid short term and long term disability, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance available
Extras: Employee discounts, free treatments, relocation assistance (for the right candidate)
