EyesNY is the largest independent, physician-owned ophthalmology group in New York’s Capital Region. Our 12+ physicians provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care — cataract, retina, glaucoma, cornea, oculoplastics, and pediatric ophthalmology — across five clinical sites in Saratoga Springs, Queensbury, Malta, and Clifton Park, with a Latham office under construction. We see more than 50,000 patient visits annually.

Surgical care is delivered at New York Eye Surgery Center (NYESC), our affiliated physician-owned ambulatory surgery center in Wilton, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2026 High Performing ASC. EyeStudioNY, our optical division, gives patients an integrated path from exam to eyewear.

We are independent by design. Physicians who join EyesNY practice in a collegial, subspecialty-diverse group with modern technology, a real path to partnership in both the practice and the surgery center, and no private-equity ownership.

Company History

EyesNY was formed through the union of several long-established Capital Region practices, including Saratoga Ophthalmology and Glens Falls Eye Associates, to build a single physician-led platform with shared infrastructure and subspecialty depth. New York Eye Surgery Center opened de novo in 2013 and is relocating to a new purpose-built facility in Wilton in 2026. Recent growth includes new offices in Saratoga Springs and Latham and the expansion of EyeStudioNY optical locations across the region.
