Overview:The PRN Nurse Practitioner is responsible for counseling patients on a preventive checkup using a remote (telehealth) consultation platform. While the patient is remote, the NP's hosting the consultations will work in our Catapult Health office in Dallas, TX (Addison area). Catapult s licensed Nurse Practitioners review each patient s risk of diabetes, heart attack, and stroke.
