Lifestyle Health Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Join our Lifestyle Health: Weight Loss and Wellness team at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center! We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be part of our collaborative, interdisciplinary group.
About the Role
You will work with a team (physicians, APPs, behavioral health, and registered dietitians) to develop comprehensive health and wellness plans for adult patients. Our approach includes:
- Medical evaluation
- Nutritional counseling
- Behavioral consults
The Lifestyle Health Membership provides patients with access to educational programs, cooking demos, recipes, and more!
Schedule & Work Model
- Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Location: Hybrid Position
o 1-2 days in person
o Telemedicine remaining days
- Hours: Monday – Friday (exact schedule TBD)
- Call/Weekend: No call coverage or weekend coverage required
Key Responsibilities
- Prescribe and manage weight loss medications (within scope of practice).
- Provide education and counseling on healthy lifestyle and behavior change (healthy eating, exercise).
- Document relevant data promptly in the electronic medical record.
- Consult with collaborating physicians as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
- Maintain professional interactions with all staff and patients.
Requirements
- Commitment to managing the physical, emotional, and social impact of patient weight loss interventions.
- Active or eligible APP license in the State of Massachusetts.
- DEA license & MCSR.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in Nutrition, Obesity Medicine, or Family Medicine is a plus
- EPIC (Electronic Health Record) experience is preferred

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
