About the Practice

We’re a young and busy, physician-owned retina practice serving a high-acuity urban community. The work is practical, hands-on, and clinically interesting. 

Patients come to us because they need thoughtful, decisive retinal care, and because they’re referred by doctors who trust how we treat our patients.

The practice is growing steadily, and the demand is there. The focus from day one has been to take excellent care of patients, run an efficient, smart, and respectful office, and do right by the patients who walk through the door.

This role is well suited for a retina specialist who wants to practice good medicine, see pathology, and be part of a practice where quality matters.

Job Overview 

Diagnosis, treatment, and care of retina patients in office

Managing follow-ups and longitudinal care

Performing in-office procedures

Working closely with the senior physician and an experienced clinical team

Having the time and support to think through cases, not churn through visits

Building relationships with referring doctors

Requirements

MD/DO degree, Ophthalmology residency, and Retina fellowship
