Per-diem Post-Acute Care Physician
Lancaster County, PA

Penn State Health is seeking a PRN BC/BE Geriatrician, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine physician to join our Post-Acute Care team in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
This position supports 4-5 skilled nursing facilities throughout the Lancaster region and may include physician time-off coverage as well as routine monthly admission responsibilities that are scheduled in advance.

Schedule & Call

• Weekday schedule
• No long shifts
• Flexible daily rounding
• No in-house major holiday coverage, rotation of holiday call by phone
• Shared telephone call coverage across the Post-Acute Care team
• Excellent work-life balance with predictable scheduling

Requirements

• Must possess a MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
• BE/BC Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license
