This is a non-sworn, full-time paramedic position working within a progressive, career fire department that values patient care, teamwork, and professional development.
Founded in 1888, the Rogers Fire Department provides fire, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, and technical rescue services to the City of Rogers and surrounding areas of Benton County, operating out of eight fire stations with a dedicated training campus.
Overview
Paramedics respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support care in accordance with established protocols and medical direction. Responsibilities include patient assessment and treatment, medication administration, airway management, documentation, equipment and apparatus readiness, and coordination with fire & rescue personnel to deliver effective emergency response.
Position Highlights

Minimum Requirements
- Current Paramedic certification
- Must maintain state-mandated continuing education requirements for Paramedic Certification, including current American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or equivalent.
- Ability to perform advanced life support care in dynamic emergency environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an integrated response team
