Practice Overview:

• Join a collaborative OB/GYN team serving a culturally diverse patient population
• Four-day work week with flexible clinic scheduling
• Schedule includes two office days, one dedicated GYN day, and one 24-hour hospital call shift weekly. This practice is 85% OB and 15% gyn
• Three dedicated support staff per physician plus dedicated scribes
• Access to a strong sonography program and 24/7 Maternal-Fetal Medicine support

Work-Life Balance:

• Post-call day off built into the weekly schedule
• Manageable delivery and surgical volume
• Dedicated RN support for high-risk patients
• Two nurses manage patient phone calls, allowing physicians to focus on clinical care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary with increases every 6 months for the first three years
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician
