Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Men’s Health
Location: Camden and Paris, TN
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $105,000 - $120,000 depending upon experience and skill set
About the Clinic:
We are a new men’s health clinic looking to open our doors later in the fall of 2025. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the unique health needs of men. Our services include preventive health screenings, hormone health management, wellness counseling, and treatment for common men’s health concerns. As a start-up practice, we are committed to building a professional, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical team that prioritizes long-term health outcomes.
Position Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will serve as a primary clinical provider, delivering comprehensive men’s health services under the supervision of the Medical Director. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills, professional judgment, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care. This role requires adaptability, as the provider will assist in developing and refining clinical protocols and supporting the growth of a new practice.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic testing.
Order, interpret, and manage laboratory and imaging results in the context of patient care.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician.
Provide patient education regarding preventive health strategies, chronic disease management, and lifestyle interventions.
Document all patient encounters in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards.
Participate in the ongoing development of clinical workflows and protocols to support the practice’s growth.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Tennessee.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty preferred.
Prior experience in primary care, endocrinology, urology, or men’s health strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
