At Practice with Joy, we are dedicated to empowering NPs to successfully launch, run, and grow their own practices.
Ideal candidate - Joy is looking for:
- An entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner interested in joining a newly forming independent practice in the greater Concord, Nashua, Manchester markets
- Someone seeking either part-time (1-2 days week) or full-time employment practicing primary care and/or women's health
- An NP with an existing patient panel or willingness to build a panel over time (with our help)
We already have:
- An established medical professional corporation (PC) established in New Hampshire
- A ready-to-go insurance contract with a national carrier with a large market share across New Hampshire
- A team of people and suite of services supporting NP-led independent practices, including marketing, operations, technology, and operations

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about practicing independently in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have:
A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current and unrestricted Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification and an active New Hampshire NP license
5+ years of demonstrated experience in a primary care setting is preferred; minimum of 2 years is required
Exceptional communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
