Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine – Morristown, New Jersey

Primary Care Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established family medicine practice in Morristown, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to provide care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside two physicians.

The Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, while conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the broader care team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, including I&D
• Educate patients and families on healthcare management and preventive care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure in New Jersey
• 2-3 years of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Hourly Range: $75-$85 per hour - depending on experience
