As a Nurse Manager at MWHC, you will provide leadership and direction for daily operations, support and develop your team, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, and drive quality, service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited nursing program required; MSN preferred.
- Current RN license in Virginia or a compact state required.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
- ANCC or AONL nursing leadership certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of management experience required.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and ability to achieve organizational goals.

Unit Specific:
Medical Care: NIHSS certification required within 90 days of hire
Comprehensive Medical: NIHSS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Surgical Intermediate Care: NIHSS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Labor & Delivery: AHA ACLS Provider certification required at hire.
Oncology: No additional unit-specific certification requirements beyond the core qualifications.
