We’re contracting multi-state Licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to support our clients’ patients nationwide. About the engagement (1099):
Remote, flexible hours; priority for NPs with multi-state licensure/compact coverage
Virtual visits across metabolic health, functional medicine, nutrition, general health and wellness, recovery/MSK, and skin health programs
Protocol-guided care, tight documentation SLAs, and collaborative CX support
Ideal for NPs who are entrepreneurial, responsive, and patient-obsessed

Requirements
Must-haves
Active, unrestricted NP license in multiple U.S. states (or a concrete plan to add more quickly).
National board certification (AANP or ANCC).
Telehealth experience delivering video visits and secure messaging (≥1 year or equivalent caseload).
Comfortable with protocol-guided care and solid clinical judgment when cases fall outside protocol (escalation/referral ready).
Documentation discipline: closes charts within SLA; accurate, audit-ready notes; eRx/Lab orders as indicated.
EHR proficiency (any modern EHR; ability to learn new systems quickly).
HIPAA-first mindset and familiarity with MSO-PC guardrails and state scope/supervision rules.
Patient-first communication: clear education, empathy, and efficient throughput in a fast-paced setting.
Tech setup: reliable high-speed internet, webcam, quiet/private workspace, and familiarity with virtual waiting rooms.
Work authorization in the U.S. and ability to sign a 1099 contractor agreement.
Nice to haves
Additional state NP licenses in key markets (e.g., TX, FL, CA, NY, IL, PA).
Clinical background in primary care, metabolic/weight health, dermatology/urgent care, or MSK/recovery.
DEA registration (and state-level controlled substance permits) where applicable to program needs.
Experience with LMNs, prior authorizations, and pharmacy/lab workflows.
Evening/weekend availability during holiday surges.
Compliance & credentials (upon contracting)
Current malpractice coverage (or willingness to obtain—panel options available).
Clean NPDB record and background check.
Willingness to complete Scriptful protocols, QA reviews, and periodic training/updates.
Adherence to HIPAA, state rules (supervision/collaboration where required), and no in-spa clinical advice (all care is virtual).
