Join a newly opened Women's Health Clinic (May 2025) in El Paso that's expanding access to high-quality OB-GYN care. This is a mission-driven, innovation-minded practice designed for growth, efficiency, and outstanding patient experience.

The Practice

• New facility with 12 exam rooms + 2 procedure rooms
• In-house lab, sterilization area, on-call room, break room, and private offices
• Support staff includes a dedicated nurse, 3 MAs, float MA, and 3 schedulers
• In-house hysteroscopy + most routine GYN procedures
• Full inpatient/outpatient capabilities through the main hospital

Call Structure

• House call only - no in-house call requirements
• No ER or L&D call (hospitalist team manages deliveries)
• Physicians cover only their own patients, supporting continuity of care and work-life balance

Growth & Innovation

• Clinic expanding to four physicians plus a nurse practitioner
• MFM services joining the site
• Partnerships with emerging tech companies to enhance workflow and patient care

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE in OB-GYN
• New grads and experienced physicians welcome
