Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician (MD) to join a modern, patient-centered internal medicine practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. The physician will provide comprehensive adult primary care with an emphasis on quality outcomes, continuity of care, and evidence-based medicine.
Essential Qualifications
MD degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Nevada Medical License
Eligible to work in the United States (no J-1 waiver support at this time )
Clean professional record (no current license restrictions or exclusions)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Recent Internal Medicine graduates strongly encouraged to apply
Strong interest in outpatient adult medicine and continuity care
Comfortable managing common chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, CAD, COPD, CKD, etc.)
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong communication and documentation skills
Willingness to adapt to value-based care models and quality metrics
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine preventive care and wellness visits
Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as applicable
Practice Environment
Outpatient internal medicine / primary care setting
Supportive clinical staff (MA/RN/Front Office)
Modern EHR system
Reasonable patient volumes focused on quality, not churn

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this position is 60% of net collections, providing strong earning potential aligned with productivity and quality of care. Physicians are paid directly based on collections generated, offering transparency and direct control over income growth.
Licensure & Credentialing Support
Assistance with Nevada medical licensure if not already licensed
Credentialing and onboarding support provided
Start Date
Immediate to near-term start available (based on licensure status)
