Description
Interventional Pain Management staff physician.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing practice in Central Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, and a reasonable on-call schedule shared among the physician team. Practice covers Harrisburg, Hershey, Mechanicsburg and Carlisle area.
The physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, performing a full range of interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation and ultrasound guided injections. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to develop and coordinate individualized patient care plans, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and participating in a shared on-call schedule to ensure continuity of patient care and actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to support the highest standards of clinical care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship and be board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine. An active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one is required, along with a valid DEA registration. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
