Full-Time OB/GYN Opportunity | Stayton, Oregon
$400,000 Base Salary + RVUs + $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join a well-established, community-rooted OB/GYN practice in the heart of the Willamette Valley. You are stepping into the shoes of a physician retiring after 30 years of dedicated service, joining a team with zero staff turnover in five years, a loyal patient base, and strong referral support from PCPs across six local clinics. A new women's health clinic is launching within the year, creating an exciting platform for long-term growth.

- Competitive Compensation: Up to $400,000 base salary (DOE), RVU-based production bonuses, $25,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, $3,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days, 34 vacation days, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
- Structured Schedule: 3 days in clinic + 1 dedicated OR day per week; 8 AM to 5 PM office hours with 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 admin hours weekly
- Sustainable Call: 2 weekday nights on-call per week with a 1:4 weekend rotation; midwife covers the majority of calls
- Collaborative Team: Join 1 OB/GYN colleague, 1 CNM, 1 Women's Health NP/PA, and 2 consistent locum providers, supported by MAs, midwives, and PAs
- Low-Risk OB Focus: No high-risk cases; averaging 10 to 15 deliveries per month per provider with full GYN surgical scope and anesthesia and NICU support on-site
- Single-Site Practice: One office, one hospital, no multi-site juggling; EPIC EMR in place
- Growing Practice: C-section capability in place; aiming to expand from 200 to 350 deliveries per year
- Employment Model: No buy-in, no ownership risk, and no administrative burden; just focused, rewarding clinical work with full malpractice coverage included
Qualifications
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in OB/GYN
- MD or DO from an accredited residency program
- ACLS certified and eligible for an Oregon medical license
- New graduates, experienced physicians, residents, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply
- Personable and team-oriented with full-scope OB/GYN capabilities
