Team of 77 physicians and 75 advanced practice providers with 35 different specialties

Position can be strictly outpatient or traditional IP/OP

Compensation/Benefits:

Base salary ($310K to $375K) plus wRVU production incentives

Located in northern Illinois, just 2 hours west of Chicago
Suburban community of approximately 26,000 residents
