FHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with an experienced FHN Family Medicine physician with 20+ years of experience in a two-provider rural office.

Position Highlights
- 4-day week (.8 FTE) with flexible day-off scheduling to support work-life balance
- Outpatient practice with a loyal, established patient panel
- Minimal on-call duties
- Patient-centered scheduling: average of at least two patient visits per clinical hour while allowing time for thorough, relationship-based care

Requirements
- Employed position
- Current Illinois APRN license (or ability to obtain)
- NP experience strongly preferred
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care in a rural healthcare setting
