Dermatologist | 4 Day Clinical Week | Southern Wisconsin

An established health system in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a board certified or board eligible Dermatologist to launch a new general and surgical dermatology service line. With strong internal referrals and significant community demand, this founding physician role offers the autonomy to shape your schedule, patient volume, workflow, and practice model.

Position Highlights

• Build a New Service Line: Establish and lead a general and surgical dermatology practice with strong internal referral support and community demand.
• Practice Autonomy: Set your templates, patient volume, and workflow, with initial 60-minute new patient and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Clinical Scope: Provide general and medical dermatology, including biopsies, cryotherapy, curettage and electrodesiccation, and lesion and cyst excisions.
• Practice Resources: Epic, Freed AI, an on site lab, and an in house pharmacy.
• Future Growth: Future APP growth potential.
• Additional Services: Limited cash pay cosmetic dermatology may be incorporated. Mohs is not part of the current practice model.

Schedule & Call

• Four clinical days per week with a flexible administrative day.
• No Saturday hours.
• Minimal anticipated call.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentives.
• $30,000 sign on bonus.
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
• 20 days of PTO, 10 CME days, and a $4,000 CME allowance.
• Occurrence based malpractice coverage.

Candidate Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
• Interest in predominantly general, medical, and office based surgical dermatology.
• Comfortable performing biopsies, cryotherapy, curettage and electrodesiccation, and lesion and cyst excisions.
• Interest in developing and shaping a new dermatology service line.
