Premier Multi-Specialty Training Program | Venice, FL
Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000 (during fellowship)
Post-fellowship earning potential: $120,000–$140,000+
Overview
This is not a typical PA/NP position. It is a structured, rigorous clinical fellowship designed to develop advanced providers into highly skilled, independent clinicians across multiple subspecialties within Dermatology, aesthetics, and body wellness.
Opportunities of this scope are exceptionally uncommon. Fellows receive direct, hands-on training across eight distinct, clinically impactful specialties, working closely with experienced providers in a high-volume, high-acuity private practice setting.
The objective is clear:
Within a few months, fellows transition from observation to progressive clinical autonomy under supervision, ultimately functioning as confident, independent providers within an integrated team model.
Fellowship Structure & Training Exposure
Fellows rotate directly with providers and gain in-depth, procedural and clinical expertise in:
General Dermatology (medical and surgical)
Cosmetic Dermatology & Injectables (neuromodulators, fillers, advanced facial assessment)
Laser & Energy-Based Devices (IPL, RF microneedling, skin resurfacing, tightening technologies)
Hair Restoration & Hair Loss Medicine (PRP/PRFM, medical management, procedural treatments)
Venous Disease & Endovenous Procedures
Body Contouring & Non-Invasive Fat Reduction
Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic Optimization (including GLP-1 therapies)
Cutaneous Surgery & Excisions
This breadth of exposure is rarely consolidated into a single training pathway.
Clinical Progression
Months 0–3: Intensive shadowing, didactics, and procedural assistance
Months 3–6: Supervised hands-on care with increasing responsibility
Beyond 6 months: Transition toward independent patient management under physician oversight
Fellows are expected to rapidly develop clinical judgment, procedural competence, and efficiency.
