What You’ll Do
Perform personalized aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, and energy-based devices.
Build custom confidence plans for guests through expert consultation and education.
Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and safety at every step.
Stay current with new techniques and trends in medical aesthetics and facial rejuvenation.
Deliver a five-star experience that reflects the Face Forward Aesthetics brand.
What You’ll Bring
Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care
Excellent communication and consultative skills
Preferred:
2+ years of NP experience
Aesthetic experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train you!
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000–$125,000 plus sign on bonus
Incentives: Monthly bonus + commission structure
Time Off: 30 days PTO + paid holidays
