Practice Details

• Solo GI practice with dedicated AP support in the clinic and advanced endoscopy technology on-site
• Flexible 4 to 5-day workweek with 3 procedural days focused on scopes, with room to grow volume
• Call runs approximately 8 days per month with characteristically low overnight demand
• Dual licensure opportunity: eligible to practice in both California and Nevada

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $675,000-$740,000 with productivity incentives tied to volume and quality metrics
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• 6 weeks PTO plus separate sick leave, malpractice with tail, and full medical, dental, and vision
